Care

Ceramic wares are meant to be used and loved for a long time. Stoneware is strong and durable but is still fragile in nature. There are a few things to consider to ensure your ceramic lasts for years to come! 

All pieces are dishwasher, microwave, and food safe (unless specifically noted)! However, sudden changes in temperature can cause stress and wares can also break or chip with blunt force. It is recommended that you handwash your pieces and practice some caution with use. 

Shipping

Shipping is currently offered within the contiguous 48 US states through USPS. After your package has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. 

A few notes about your package

• Cost: Because of the weight, shape, and necessary care to ensure your packages' safe arrival it can be expensive to ship ceramics. If you have any questions about this please reach out to me!
• Sustainability in packaging: Your package will arrive in a recyclable cardboard box with recyclable packing paper. Any packing peanuts used are biodegradable and can be dissolved in water! 

 

Returns

All sales are considered final and I do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

All pieces are made by hand which gives them all unique variations. Differences in color, shape, and size are due to the nature of the material and are not considered flaws. 

All wares are packaged with care to ensure their safe arrival to you! However, if a piece arrives broken, a solution will be found! Please reach out to me with a photo of the broken piece within 3 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping) or to discuss a replacement piece. It is important to note that a replacement piece will not be an exact replica and make take up to 8 weeks to ship at my current capacity.
